you take is usually always with the same foot, pay attention to it, you'll see I'm right. I tried to take my first step with the other foot and nearly fell since I didn't warn my dominant foot I wasn't planning on using it first.
Seriously, every time I've dropped Ilyas off at Christel's (his childminder), I walk to the station and need to take the stairs, one of them is broken, so I always try to avoid it, which I can by starting off with my other foot, but I never manage to do so, so I started wondering why, and everytime I start walking, I take my first step with my left foot.

right-footer here and proud of it. it's kinda weird... when I walk up steps I take two steps at once with the right foot and then one step with the left. I've observed that so many times and it does bother me, but as you say I couldn't change it without struggling and getting my feet all mixed up.
weird.. it's true I use my left foot to start walking.. but when I play soccer I'm clearly right footed.. aah well.. I got the same with my hands I write left but cut right.. those who think I'm a weirdo raise your hand!! (what hand did you raise? :P)
I raised my left hand since I was using my right hand to move the mouse! ;)
Thank you guys for your reactions, because I really started to think there was something wrong with me... maybe there is something wrong with the three of us, but still, then I'm not alone...
